ABOUT THE YOGA HOLIDAY
The Out of Office Yoga Holiday is designed for people who live and work in a fast-paced environment. We offer you a unique experience of yoga, mindful eating and self-development holiday in a 13th century mansion in Mallorca. Learn simple and powerful mindfulness practices that you can benefit from during your everyday life even after returning home. Your guides will be 2 International Yoga Teachers with Management Consulting background who are familiar with both the business and yoga world. Allow yourself to relax on the various yoga sessions, nourish your body and soul with delicious plant-based meals prepared by our private chef and explore the beaches and the honey-coloured villages of this beautiful Balearic island. You will also have free time to chill by the pool, hike, try SUP on the beach or spend time for self reflection. Recharge your batteries and enjoy the company of like-minded people!
ABOUT THE TEACHERS
Réka and Zsanett were once colleagues at a large corporation working as management consultants. They became friends, fell in love with yoga and this encounter slowly started to change their life. They have many things in common, still two very different personalities. They believe yoga is for everyone and practice is the best thing that can happen to your next business project. They called for life Mymindfulofyoga to share the experience and joy that yoga brought in their life.

Intense projects, exciting topics, demanding clients, solving business problems, weeks away from home on business trips, new teams, new projects, new cities, new cultures and often long working hours. This has been her life as a management consultant for the last 8 years. At the beginning, she used to compensate it with some crazy activities, climbing, running half marathons, jumping from a plane… With yoga a new chapter has been started. Travel yoga mats, early morning headstands and meditation before work, sunset yoga in the hotel`s garden while on business trips and a yoga teacher training in a monastery in Nepal. Change can be challenging, even painful. Yoga not only helps our bodies become more flexible, but also our minds. Whatever we learn on the yoga mat, is reflected in our lives off the yoga mat as well. Réka currently teaches yoga in Zurich, Switzerland.
About Zsanett: Mindful Eating, Yoga and Meditation teacher, TEDx speaker, Operations Manager at a startup

She was raised in a small village in Eastern Hungary dreaming about skyscrapers and big cities. Since that, she got 2 Master degrees, studied and lived in 3 countries, learned yoga and meditation in India, worked for top-tier companies from London to Johannesburg and learned to create latte art as a barista. Yoga found her during the intense corporate years to offer her a helping hand to release stress. Later she realized that practice slowly transformed her whole world from the meeting rooms to the dining table. She founded Cook Breathe Create (cookbreathecreate.com), a holistic well-being platform to increase joy, awareness and health in people’s life. Zsanett currently teaches yoga and mindful eating workshops in Michigan, US.
VENUE – HISTORICAL MANSION IN RANDA
Our retreat will be hosted in our main venue in Randa that was built in the 13th century. Staying there provides a unique experience in traditional Mallorcan countryside lifestyle. The house is equipped with all modern commodities, rooms with en-suite bathroom, terraces, a yoga room and a swimming pool. Due to the location we highly recommend you to rent a car (we help you with that, and also organise share-rent). This way, you can easily discover our beautiful island!
DESTINATION – MALLORCA
You fly to Palma de Mallorca International Airport (PMI) which is the capital of the beautiful island of Mallorca.

If you have never been to Mallorca, chances are, that you might have an image of high rise apartment blocks, streets lined with bars and a plenty of drunken package holiday makers.
Mallorca, however is quite different and far more complex.
First, the inevitable 550 km coastline of the island with a variety of small, hidden calas (bays) and vast stretches of virgin beaches with a Caribbean-esque feel. There is almost 200 beaches altogether!
The Mediterranean climate makes the island particularly attractive in all seasons.
Mallorca has a long historic past, therefore it is packed with a great number of impressive buildings and architecture of interest. The rich cultural history has left many remarkable sights to explore, such as castles, ruins, monasteries, grand manor houses and gardens.
We should not forget about one of the main attractions of the island: its astonishing natural beauty. The stunning scenery is ideal for enjoying outdoor pursuits. You can find protected Natural Parks all over Mallorca topped by the Serra de Tramuntana, which is a Unesco World Heritage site. Walking and hiking are popular activities as well as cycling, which is really massive in Mallorca, as it is a well-established destination for professional road cycling teams.
The island also attracts golfers of all levels with its around 20 golf courses.
The surrounding seas offer great possibilities for sailing as it hosts many international regattas each year.
Scuba divers can choose between a wide variety of National Parks and other amazing diving spots all around the island. Here you have the chance to submerge in the unique underwater life of the Mediterranean.
Mallorca is known by Spaniards as “La Isla de la Calma” which refers to its laidback and relaxed atmosphere.
The island is only a few hours flight from all major European airports, hence it is the best choice for group retreats!
