Yoga teachers
Emma and Rosanne met through teaching yoga at the University of Manchester. Both whom were students of the university at the time, and both passionate to share yoga in their own styles. Whilst Emma leads fun, pulse-raising and music-led flows that encompass Hatha asana (poses) and dance-like transitions. Rosanne leads breath-led, mindful sequences which encourages body, mind and breath awareness, balance and relaxation.
Emma is currently a student at the University of Manchester and a Qualified level 3 Hatha Yoga Teacher in early 2017. Her personal practice extends back to over 7 years ago. Which began for fitness reasons – as you may know already, yoga is a great way to contribute to a healthy lifestyle! But throughout the years she discovered her love for teaching yoga, extending yoga’s core values and practice into her everyday life!
The style of yoga that her classes follow is called Vinyasa-Flow, it is a modern lineage of yoga that develops on from traditional Hatha, and allows the freedom of movement and breath, creating a dynamic cardio workout that benefits the body AND the mind.
As a teacher, she continuously learns, from her students, friends, family, and surroundings. Teaching yoga is a huge part of her life and she hope to spread the happiness and love it gives her to all of her students!
Rosanne started Yoga in 2011. She enjoyed the physical challenge, the discovery of her body’s capability in strength and flexibility; but what kept her dedicated was the fully wiped out feeling for Savasana…total relaxation…peace in the busy mind!
Passionate about yoga and intrigued to learn more, she took a flight to India to study yoga. In April 2016 she became a fully qualified Hatha Yoga instructor.
For Rosanne, yoga has allowed her to understand and become more aware of the mind, emotional intelligence and the body; not only on the mat but translating it into daily life. Yoga has become her lifestyle choice, one of her greatest passions and now a career path. Love, live and breathe yoga. She is inspired and learns every day through her personal yoga practice, yoga classes, clients and meeting people from all walks of life. Her intentions are to share the knowledge and benefits of yoga, (both on and off the mat) through her passion for mindfulness, self-awareness and self-love!
“We are here to guide, inspire and support you through your development of a deeper yoga practice, as well as your exploration of this beautiful destination. It will be a journey for us all. One-to-one support is available throughout your stay and we are very much look forward to meeting you all!”

Lyrical Landscapes
For Miró it was the pure Mediterranean light. For hikers and cyclists it is the Serra de Tramuntana’s formidable limestone spires and bluffs. For others it is as fleeting as the almond blossom snowing on meadows in spring, or the interior’s vineyards in their autumn mantle of gold. Wherever your journey takes you, Mallorca never fails to seduce. Cars conga along the coast in single file for views so enticing the resort postcards resemble cheap imitations. Even among the tourist swarms of mid-August you can find pockets of silence – trek to hilltop monasteries, pedal through honey-stone villages, sit under a night sky and engrave Mallorca’s lyrical landscapes onto memory.
Return to Tradition
Mallorca’s culture took a back seat to its beaches for decades, but the tides are changing. Up and down the island, locals are embracing their roots and revamping the island’s old manor houses, country estates and long-abandoned fincas (farmhouses, estates) into refined rural retreats. Spend silent moments among the olive, carob and almond groves and you’ll soon fall for the quiet charm of Mallorca’s hinterland. Summer is one long party and village festes (festivals) offer an appetising slice of island life.
Coastal Living
Mallorca tops Europe’s summer holiday charts for many reasons, but one ranks above all others: the island’s stunning coast. Beyond the built-up resorts, coves braid the island like a string of beads – each one a reminder of why the island’s beaches have never lost their appeal. Go west for cliff-sculpted drama and sapphire seas, or head north for hikes to pine-flecked bays. Scope out deserted coves in the east, or dive off bone-white beaches in the south. With a room overlooking the bright-blue sea, sundown beach strolls to the backbeat of cicadas and restaurants open to the stars, you’ll soon click into the laid-back groove of coastal living.
Mediterranean Flavours
Eating out in Palma has never been more exciting, with chefs – inspired as much by their Mallorcan grandmothers as Mediterranean nouvelle cuisine – adding a pinch of creativity and spice to the city’s food scene. Inland, restaurants play up hale-and-hearty dishes, such as suckling pig spit-roast, to perfection, pairing them with locally grown wines. On the coast, bistros keep flavors clean, bright and simple, serving the catch of the day with big sea views.
