Owner at Hello Yoga Mobility Studio

​I have been practicing yoga since 2000 and teaching since 2009. It’s my full time profession, passion and mission. My main style is Vinyasa Flow – I love how body, mind and spirit find harmony in the flow of the movements, the breath, and the undivided attention. I teach other yoga styles as well: Prenatal, Mom and Baby, Kids and Family, Hatha, Yin Yoga. I teach 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training courses as well as 85 hr Prenatal Yoga Teacher Trainings registered with Yoga Alliance.

​I like to focus on a theme, a mental or physical challenge, or a specific pose in each class to make the practice more efficient by breaking down the immense teachings of yoga into smaller, “bite size” portions. My experience with living and teaching in different cultures (Bali, Mexico, Hungary and many other places) helped me become more flexible, less attached, more open and more creative. I believe people can learn best when they are in a safe and supportive environment and the teacher makes the learning process fun!
